After the recent intensive immersion - where fasting was a must as a preparation - we run the day with 3 power liquids only so we maintain a high vibrational frequency state. We started at 7:15am and finished at 4:30pm, hunger was not felt or disturbing for the committed awaken participants. Oh yeah !
